...sorry guys, I've just been feeling super burnt out on lately. Melancholy has smacked me around and made me her bitch. I did manage to get around to whupping Dragon Age II, and I have to say - I was disappointed in the ending and some of the repeating dungeons got irritating. Otherwise? Fantastic game.
Anyhoo, I'm expecting to get off work super early tomorrow if it's anything like today, so hopefully I'll get something useful done. Amazing to check the comments and see so many waiting there, not to mention the obscene number of page-hits I've got here. I'll try not to let you all down.

ReplyDeleteas another encounter in the desert, how about fighting a scorpion, anthropic or not. you can turn into an scorpion your self and it can give you different bonuses then the other transformations.
and really, what's a better way to "tease" someone than by stinging them with aphrodisiac?
Can take out a few spells? For example, the freezing of lightning and armor...

You know I had a scorpion idea running through my head as well, but I didn't really take the anthro approach.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking more of something like a huge scorpion (about the size of a small dog) with a phallic stinger. Basically it was something that could latch onto your face while it shoves itself down your throat, or it could grab onto your ass and make itself welcome to whatever hole you have available.
It's "poison" could have effects similar to going into heat, or something like that. I also had an idea of being attacked by a swarm of these things, maybe in your sleep after taking too much of it's poison or maybe as a rare random encounter.
What about something (A potion perhaps) That turns you back to your default human body? A rest button for those that want to try another path.

I have been reading the comments and i dont think my copy of the game is working correctly, many of the paths ppl talk about i cant start or reach, the merchant doesnt sell everything discribed , there is only one special i can get tease, I lose my saves after i X out my browser, and the spells option does nothing, I had figured that all of this was because the game is still being built but I think im wrong. anyone know what i did to mess this up?

ReplyDelete@Wyatt: You have something which clears cookies when you close a browser window? That'll clear saves from Flash games too; they're stored in Flash's equivalent of a cookie. The merchant's only just been added back in; I see only 2 potions and I think that's expected. A third was mentioned last blog post but I wouldn't be surprised if that's been removed again as it didn't work right. Other paths I'm not so sure about as I generally play to lose. :3

@Wyatt: You have to be a full male, (not fem or herm) to get the 3rd potion. Right now, tease is the only special and there are no spells yet. eekee pretty much covered the saves, I'll just say that I play the game with Windows Media Player Classic and have no problem with saves. I'm not sure what else you think is missing but it could be stuff from the old UTG build that hasn't been implemented yet.
