I've been pestered about magic for a while, so I whipped up six spells (3 "white" magic, 3 "black" magic). I got one coded this morning, and I think I can get most of the others done tonight. I do still have to build the magic menu system and implement the items that will teach you spells. That'll be the goal tonight, but we will see how it goes.

It includes six spells and the items to learn them (which drop from appropriate enemies).
Known Issues:
-Spells are not correctly disabled by out of bounds lust or fatigue values.
-I haven't bothered to set up fatigue recovery from resting/waiting. I may do it so fatigue is a per-combat stat and resets after every fight.
Any eta on item usability on Marble? Or are you waiting on writing from her author?

ReplyDeleteHOW do you get the Imp night time gangbang? I've tried EVERYTHING from being a semi normal human woman/herm in heat to being a centauress in heat, to waiting four hours every day for night time to come, for 15 DAYS, and I haven't had a single encounter. Fen, is there any chance that you could fix it so that the gangbangs happen a lot easier/sooner at night depending on what status your character is in?

And, if it makes you feel any better, I've only ever gotten it once. It IS a rare chance. Something along the lines of 5% per rest, if I remember correctly.

Others have probably already said this, Fen, but I thought I might say it to. The pregnancies are not only NOT working, but my character seems to be permanently stuck on heat mode, and won't get out of it, no matter how many times the monsters have at her. *lol*
ReplyDeleteDrinking Marble's Milk makes the down arrow appear next to fatigue but it does not affect it. Also, imp food seems to sometimes decrease fatigue.

ReplyDeleteI get stuck: after learning all the spells, and fighting a foe with them, I only get the rest option anymore, not wait, and the text is "you rest for 0 hours"... no matter how much I click it.

ReplyDeleteWell, I think some balancing of the spells may be necessary.
In the mean time, I don't think fatigue should recover completely after a battle, most fights are going to end long before the player runs out of fatigue.
Fatigue should be recovered by resting, consuming certain items (Marbles Milk), and perhaps slowly over time between battles?
ReplyDeleteAlso, it kinda seems that 'Arouse'does no more than tease, and somewhat less than seduce.
Spells need balancing, rest button gets stuck at zero hours. And why would a sand witch, that corrupts you, have a book on white magic? Perhaps a new type of encounter is called for, something that burns away corruption/desire and its attributes? Perhaps some monk or priestess?
