So I popped open 4chan on my phone at break at work today, and lo and behold, CoC was up on /f/. Anyways the thread immediately exploded into faggotry because a few people seem to think I'm posting my game up there anonymously, bumping it anonymously, and then pretending to show up half-way through the thread. It'd be hilarious if they weren't so convinced of it.
So what I'd like you all to do is refrain from reposting the game on 4chan's /f/. It's been overdone, and they don't like having to read. Also /d/? I love you guys if any of you are reading this. Best 4chan board ever.

To play devil's advocate, 4chan is often used for viral marketing. So, you will sometimes see an entire board that is filled with just threads about one product because people are trying to get free advertisement.

ReplyDeleteThis isn't really getting that kind of reaction on 7chan. The worst thing they did is move it from /f/ to /fur/. Other than that, there wasn't any real negative reaction to this when it was posted there. It even inspired someone to make a version of this game without the furry stuff just so that there could be something like this allowed on /f/.
